Her clinical style is relational and she draws from a number of theoretical models: psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and family systems.  She also has specialized training in hypnosis.

Elaine Olmstead works with adolescents, adults and couples. Her areas of specialization are anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment to medical illness or disability, care giver stress,stress management, substance abuse and addiction, and women with histories of sexual abuse.  She uses an integrative mind-body approach utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, visualization and hypnotherapy. She also uses insight oriented and interpersonal therapies.

Chris Marobella works with children, adolescents and adults.  His areas of specialization include creative play therapy with children, ADHD, anxiety, depression and trauma-focused work with clients of any age.  He is also experienced in treating adult men with substance abuse issues.  Working from a strength-based perspective, he meets with individuals, couples and families and draws on a range of modalities including cognitive therapy, CBT, ACT, and insight oriented interpersonal therapy.

William O'Brien Psy.D.

Dr. William O'Brien works with children, adolescents, adults and families.  He has experience teaching young adolescents as well as adults and is familiar with learning challenges and educational needs. He specializes in treating depression, defiant behavior in children and adolescents, substance abuse, family changes and conflict, and adjustment issues for adults and young adult males. Dr. O'Brien draws from a number of different theoretical approaches, including DBT and CBT, and believes strongly in the importance of relationship therapy.

Dr. Daniel Sanford works with adolescents, couples, and families.  His areas of expertise include treating anxiety, depression, learning challenges, anger management, and Attention Deficit Disorder, as well as transitions within the family system. Elizabeth Maurer, MA, LMHC

Elizabeth Maurer works with children, adolescents and adults.  She is a trained music therapist and also specializes in treating post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and substance use. She uses a strengths-based approach and techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psycho-education, motivational interviewing, play therapy, mindfulness and grounding techniques.
